NOOTER, one of the nation’s most experienced full-service industrial contractors, has officially relocated its Northwest Ohio operations from Toledo to a newly renovated facility in Perrysburg. The move strengthens NOOTER’s long-standing presence in the region and advances economic development in Northwest Ohio.

The multi-million dollar investment is expected to create at least 28 new jobs.

The relocation was supported in part by a JobsOhio Economic Development Grant, in collaboration with the Regional Growth Partnership (RGP). This support positions NOOTER to pursue strategic growth both locally and nationally. While representing a portion of NOOTER’s overall investment, the grant underscores the importance of collaboration between business and state leaders in advancing projects across Ohio.

The company also recognized Ohio legislators for their support, particularly identifying Ohio State Sen. Theresa Gavarone.

“We made this move to better serve our clients and our people. This facility gives us more space with room to grow, and the ability to innovate and expand the services we provide. We appreciate the support of JobsOhio, RGP, and especially Senator Theresa Gavarone, whose leadership and persistent advocacy were essential in helping us bring this project forward.”

– Don Majchrowski, Sr. Vice President and General Manager, NOOTER

The new facility reflects NOOTER’s focus on client relationships and investment in its people. With expanded operational space, modern infrastructure, and a location that enhances access to regional talent, the company is positioned to grow its capabilities, expand its fabrication operations, and deliver a broader range of services across Ohio and nationwide.

“Both the Regional Growth Partnership and JobsOhio are proud to support NOOTER’s investment and job creation for its new facility. NOOTER is a leader in its field and an outstanding corporate citizen. We’re grateful the company recognizes our regional assets which make Northwest Ohio an ideal location for business success.”

– Dean Monske, president and CEO, RGP
