Northwest Ohio Companies Announce Investment Exceeding $239 Million

Expansion Projects Expected to Create 340 New Jobs


These projects were part of a statewide announcement approving the projects. During its monthly meeting, the Ohio Tax Credit Authority reviewed and approved the proposed projects brought by JobsOhio, the Regional Growth Partnership, and other regional network partners.

These new projects continue the surge of investment and continuing momentum across Northwest Ohio as businesses capitalize on the talent, assets and strengths this region offers.

Two of these corporate announcements include:

Church & Dwight

Old Fort, Seneca County

This leading consumer manufacturer announced plans for a $28 million investment that will create at least 40 new jobs. The company is recognized as one of Seneca County’s leading employers and credits its workforce as a significant factor in the continued growth.

EPC-Columbia

Fremont, Sandusky County

This industry leader in injection-molded products announced a $13.5 million expansion where it will occupy a 300,000 square-foot facility to further support its consumer goods and automotive customers. The company, which operates another facility just 30 miles away in Bellevue, will add 150 jobs for this new project.
