Located at 11330 Airport Highway, across from Toledo Express Airport, the building will allow tenants to shuttle goods for inbound or outbound freight. The site also includes a slip-ramp from Turnpike 80-90 – the longest east-to-west road nationwide – to allow triple trailers, an efficient way to haul goods that is only allowed on the turnpike. Northwest Ohio’s expansive highway system also allows for an extensive reach of employees.
Constructed with precast panel walls, the building is well-insulated and efficient. At just over 100,000 square feet, the building can easily be expanded to meet a tenant’s needs.
“Land Air is well-suited because it brings together logistics such as rail, turnpike, interstate and the airport,” said Brittany Craig, vice president, Danberry National Ltd. “This allows tenants to move product quickly and have access to the labor force, two of the most important factors in site selection.”
