Demographics:

The available work Force is certainly something to boast about in northwest Ohio. The Toledo metropolitan working age population is predicted to grow at a faster rate from 2000 to 2010 than the average United States growth rate. Northwest Ohio also offers a favorable mix of affordability, convenience and the charm of “small-town” living. Housing prices and cost-of-living routinely rank below the national average, and the commute time in the metropolitan area averages under 19 minutes.

Over 93 million people live within a 500-mile radius of northwest Ohio. This amount comprises 38% of the U.S. population and 37% of U.S. retail sales. Map_500 Mile Radius-Population Density-Major Highways
